New Product Development

Prototype Development

We offer start-to-finish capabilities that allow the customer to utilize the same vendor from prototype design to full production.

Prototypes are offered for metal stampings, conventional molding and even insert molded parts.

Mold and Die Engineering

Prototype molds are designed with a three plate system using individual inserts to make the process transition to a production mold seamless. Before the mold is designed, a thorough analysis is completed in MoldFlow MP to evaluate:

  • Fill Time / Fill Confidence
  • Pressure
  • Warp Analysis
  • Knit Lines

We can design 1-cavity to 32-cavity molds based upon the size and volume of the program.
